With my return to the beverage sector I knew and loved so well came another challenge: setting up partnerships across the borders in Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Ethiopia. The market was ready, as were the products. All that was needed was vision, leadership and hard work.

I planned, executed, and managed a full turnaround of the business through my three-year strategy plan. First year top-line improvement was 50%, bottom line improvement was 75%, with all planned KPI’s met. Recent numbers indicate that 2021 will be the best year in the company’s history. The strategy plan is on track and the company is now exporting to more than 25 markets in Africa, Europe & Asia.
